Baseline
No consensus filter (one or more whales) — the reference point.
Baseline is the reference scenario in the research views: no consensus filter — every signal from one or more whales is included. Every other rule (2+ agree, 3+ agree, conviction floors) is measured against this baseline so you can see exactly what each filter adds and what volume it costs.
