Terms of Service
Effective June 6, 2026
1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and SlipSignals (“SlipSignals”, “we”, “us”, or “the Operator”) governing your access to and use of the SlipSignals website and application (together, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. What the Service is
SlipSignals is a read-only, informational tool that tracks publicly available activity from high-performing wallets (“specialists”) on the Polymarket prediction market and presents it as signals, scores, and historical summaries. The Service is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not execute, place, broker, or facilitate any trade, wager, or transaction, and it never takes custody of funds.
3. Not investment, legal, or tax advice
Nothing on the Service is investment advice, financial advice, legal advice, tax advice, or a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy or sell any security, contract, token, or other instrument. SlipSignals is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, commodity trading advisor, or fiduciary, and no advisory relationship is created by your use of the Service. Conviction scores, win rates, edges, and backtests are analytical summaries of past, publicly observable events; they are not predictions and not a promise of any outcome. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and for evaluating whether any activity is legal and appropriate for you in your jurisdiction. Consult a licensed professional before acting on any information.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to access prediction-market information in your jurisdiction to use the Service. You are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with all laws and regulations that apply to you. The Service is informational and is not directed to any person where providing it would be unlawful.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) scrape, harvest, resell, or commercially redistribute the Service’s data or output except as expressly permitted; (b) attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure; (c) use the Service to violate any law or third party’s rights; or (d) misrepresent the Service’s output as advice, a guarantee, or an endorsement. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms.
6. Third-party data and links
The Service relies on data sourced from Polymarket and other third parties. We do not control, endorse, or guarantee that third-party data, platforms, or linked sites are accurate, current, lawful, or available, and we are not responsible for them. Your use of any third-party platform is governed by that platform’s own terms.
7. Availability and changes
The Service is provided on an “as available” basis. We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service — including data feeds, features, and pricing — at any time without liability. Any future paid subscription will be governed by the pricing and billing terms presented at the point of purchase.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, or that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We do not warrant that any signal, score, or figure is accurate, complete, or reliable.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SlipSignals and its operators, owners, and contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, lost data, or trading or wagering losses, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim or USD $100.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SlipSignals and its operators from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which the Operator is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any dispute relating to the Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in that jurisdiction, and you consent to their personal jurisdiction.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Effective” date above and, where appropriate, by a notice on the Service. Your continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
